What is IT Butler?
IT Butler is tech help you reach with an ordinary phone call. You call 076-686 24 07, tell us what's wrong, and get help step by step, at a calm pace and in plain language. No app to download and no home visits. We answer around the clock, every day of the year.
The one who answers is our butler, an AI assistant we've built to be patient and clear. It doesn't talk in abbreviations, it's never in a hurry, and it never thinks a question is silly. Feel free to ask it to go through something again, as many times as you need. You're welcome to speak a language other than Swedish, too.
Why a quiet opening?
We'd rather start small and do it properly than make a lot of noise. So we're opening to a limited number of first customers before we tell more people about IT Butler. We listen to how it goes for you and improve the service as we go.
What does it cost?
As a thank you for joining us from the start, you pay 29 SEK/month incl. VAT.
- Call as often as you like - up to 30 minutes of tech help per week.
- Your time resets every Monday.
The offer applies to a limited number of our first customers and is available to new customers until further notice.
What can I get help with?
Most things to do with everyday technology. For example, when:
- your email has stopped working, or you can't find a message,
- the wifi at home is acting up or running slowly,
- your phone wants to update and you're not sure whether to say yes,
- you'd like to get started with video calls to your children and grandchildren,
- the TV can't find the channels or the app you usually watch,
- the computer is sluggish or won't start properly.
Computer, tablet, mobile phone, smart TV or router - we can help with it.
How to get started
- Have your Swedish personal identity number and your Mobile BankID ready.
- Call 076-686 24 07.
- During the call, you identify yourself with Mobile BankID and approve the agreement with BankID.
- Tell us what's wrong, and we'll help you right away in the same call.
There's nothing to install and nothing to fill in online.
Safe and simple
- We have no access to see anything on your device.
- We never act without your explicit approval. You're always in control.
- No home visits. You never need to open the door to anyone.
- In the rare cases we can't help remotely, we tell you straight away and help you find the right next step.
Do you have a parent or neighbour who could use help?
Perhaps you're the one who gets the call when the printer stops working. Feel free to pass the number on. Write 076-686 24 07 on a note by the phone, or save it in their mobile as "IT Butler". That way help is there even when you can't pick up yourself.
The person who needs help calls us themselves and identifies with their own Mobile BankID.
