Do I need to be tech-savvy to use IT Butler?
No. You just need to describe what isn't working, and we'll take care of the rest. We speak your language, without jargon or technical terms.
Can you see everything on my device?
No. We have no access to see anything on your device.
What happens if you can't solve the problem?
In the rare cases we can't help remotely, we'll tell you right away and help you find the right next step, without you having to start over from scratch.
How do I become a customer?
Call us. During the call, you identify yourself with Mobile BankID and accept the agreement with BankID. Then tell us what isn't working, and we'll help you right away on the same call. Have your Swedish personal identity number (personnummer) and Mobile BankID ready.
