No. You just need to be able to describe what isn't working, and we'll take care of the rest. We speak Swedish, in plain language, without jargon or technical terms.
Can you see everything on my computer?
No. If we need to see your screen, we'll send you a link during the call that you click on — no account or app required. You choose whether to share, and you can end the sharing at any time. We never store images of your screen.
What happens if you can't solve the problem?
In the rare cases we can't help remotely, we'll tell you right away and help you find the right next step, without you having to start over from scratch.
What happens when I sign up for updates?

Is phone support available in English?
